The following publications cover a wide range of topics with our first survey being completed in 2003. We are research technique agnostic and use the method that will best answer the questions our clients want answered. Our focus is to help our clients to understand their markets more thoroughly, engage their target audience more effectively and most importantly lead them to take action and create transformational changes!
To that end, we have used both quantitative and qualitative method such as Innovation Games, Collaborative Play, Voice of the Customer and most recently Crowdsourcing.
