These study explores the cultural, perceptual and pragmatic issues that divide financial institutions and insurers. As technology continues to play such an important role in the nexus of financial institutions and insurances we focus on technology innovations, integration and budgets. We also spend time in these studies reviewing customer experience, program profitability and suggest way that net interest margin can be enhanced by the sale of insurance, as well as the more traditional non-interest fee income (NII) in a financial institution.
